Where are your apartments located?
We serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area primarily situated on the East Bay. Some of our locations include Oakland, Hayward, Alameda, Fremont, Dublin, Walnut Creek, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, and Union City.

When would you use corporate housing?

Corporate housing is best used for long term business trips, relocating employees, extended training programs, home buyers between homes, waiting for work to be done on an existing home, insurance companies, emergency stays and extended family vacations.

What is included in my apartment?
All A Touch of Home apartments are fully furnished. Housewares (cookware, dishes, linens, towels) are also included, as well as telephone, basic cable and utilities.

What is the minimum amount of time we can stay?

Corporate housing is best for stays of a month or more.

What size apartments do you have?

ATOH has Studios, 1 Bedroom , 2 Bedroom and some 3 Bedroom depending on availability.

Are pets welcome?

In some locations, yes you can, however, some communities may have weight restrictions.

What is included in the cost of the apt?

All furnishings, all housewares, utilities, local telephone, cable T.V.

Maid service, a baby crib, highchair or custom furnishings may be included for an additional charge.

What are your amenities beyond the apartment?

Most communities have a Fitness Center, Swimming Pool and a Spa. Some have Tot Areas, Business Centers and Meetings Rooms.

Is a security deposit required?

Usually we do require a security deposit. If there are no damages to the apartment, the full amount will be refunded.

How do I pay for my apartment?

We first send you a simple customized monthly invoice. We accept checks, money orders or major credit cards: AMEX, MC, VISA and DINER’S CLUB.

What do I need to bring for my apartment?
Your toothbrush. You will find all furnishings and housewares provided. Everything from linens, dishes, towels and electronics to floral decor. Pictures and plants are all included.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! Most locations have swimming pools and parks closeby. Let us know that you are bringing your kids and we'll find you a location that's kid-friendly.
